This is one of our amazing members, Beth Harper. We chose to spotlight Beth this week for her amazing attitude and consistency. We adore Beth! We asked Beth to describe her experience at Legends Boxing Riverton and this is what she had to say:
“I’ve been scheduling boxing at Legends in to my fitness routine 5-6 times a week for some time now. It has been my saving grace while going through some challenging and hard times and is an incredible way to build confidence and let go of unwanted emotions (and weight) through movement and focus.
I look forward to my workouts everyday because the workouts will grab your attention and keep you motivated because they are always different. So whether you’re a beginner or have been going for years they are always challenging and enjoyable. (Well mostly enjoyable)
But let’s be honest, one of my favorite things about Legends is the people. These people have become like family to me. So many amazing people from the owners, the trainers all the way to the members. People who truly care about you and care about helping transform you into the best version of yourself. Daily I see members congratulating each other, cheering them on, and building each other up. It is such an amazing thing to be part of.
There are no egos at Legends, just straight hard work, results, motivation with more than the occasional laugh. I highly highly recommend you give it a shot, you’ll love it.” -Beth Harper
