What’s the Legends Boxing Tribe look like? Our members include a nearly equal male to female ratio and ages ranging from pre-teens to seniors with the bulk of our members landing right there in the middle of the spectrum. Our goal is to unite a diverse group of members who are seeking more than what a traditional gym offers. And that’s exactly what we have.
What’s your experience with Boxing? Most of our members join Legends having zero boxing experience! We’ll teach you from square one, where you’ll be learning the basic punches, footwork and body movements, all while conditioning your body and building your total-body strength. Boxing Fitness Classes are a fun way to get your daily exercise and learn a valuable skill all at once!

Rock Steady Boxing is designed to bring hope to people with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) through non-contact, boxing inspired fitness classes.
Our mission with our Fight Nights is to host quality, entertaining & engaging USA Boxing events. Our events are getting bigger & better each time! The experiences are fun, family-friendly and we strive to be creative with each and every event. Each event is planned around a different theme, such as “Executives”, “Boss vs Boss”, “Police vs Fire”, and also giving local Amateur Fighters the opportunity to get into the ring. We’re able to reach new levels of community engagement with these events & are having so much fun through the entire process!
