  • Book classes on the Legends Boxing app to guarantee your spot in class
  • Bring your Tuff Gloves and Legends Hand Wraps
  • Bring water
  • Come at least 10 minutes early to get hands wrapped and be ready to go when the coach starts class
    • IF YOU'RE RUNNING MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE PLEASE WAIT FOR THE NEXT CLASS
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes
    • WE RUN, JUMP, LAY, SIT, SQUAT, BEND, LIFT, PIVOT, ETC. -- THAT ALL REQUIRES GOOD QUALITY, COMFORTABLE-
      COVERAGE CLOTHES
  • WEAR A SHIRT
    • WE SWEAT, A LOT, AND A SHIRT SOAKS IT UP INSTEAD OF LEAVING IT ALL OVER THE GYM

  • WEAR ATHLETIC SHOES
