How to rock your
legends boxing workout
- Book classes on the Legends Boxing app to guarantee your spot in class
- Bring your Tuff Gloves and Legends Hand Wraps
- Bring water
- Come at least 10 minutes early to get hands wrapped and be ready to go when the coach starts class
- IF YOU'RE RUNNING MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE PLEASE WAIT FOR THE NEXT CLASS
- Wear comfortable workout clothes
- WE RUN, JUMP, LAY, SIT, SQUAT, BEND, LIFT, PIVOT, ETC. -- THAT ALL REQUIRES GOOD QUALITY, COMFORTABLE-
COVERAGE CLOTHES
- WE SWEAT, A LOT, AND A SHIRT SOAKS IT UP INSTEAD OF LEAVING IT ALL OVER THE GYM
- IF IT'S A LEGENDS SHIRT OR TANK, THAT'S EVEN BETTER!
- GOOD ATHLETIC SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR OUR DIVERSE WORKOUTS AND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
